RAPID PROTO CASTING

Converting a finished casting design into a physical high-strength precision casting follows a special process. 

From the 3D project of the customer is realized a sand mould in which is poured the alloy desired creating the prototype needed.

 
Protocasting Process

  • Analysis of 3D mathematical model (feasibility study, construction drafts casting systems and simulation);
  • Tool drawing with parametric 3D CAD;
  • Printing samples with 3D printing machine (complex shapes are obtained made in sand and also employed in the foundry);
  • Casting, deburring and sandblasting.
